It feels like the error comes from the "fetch" invocation that is performed from the inside of cabal2tuple. Which means that this is a networking probl= em, which is why we don't see it on our side. You can try starting "dwatch proc:::exec-success" in another terminal to tr= ack what fetch command are being run.
