Some changes were recently made to lang/ghc in the main ports branch related to
re-rolling the hadrian-9.2.8-boot and ghc-8.10.7-boot distfiles.

The lang/ghc/distinfo in the 2023Q3 version of the ports tree has different
file sizes and SHA256 checksums for these files, so the build process for
lang/ghc92 now fails to fetch them.

Backporting the new distinfo file is sufficient to get the 2023Q3 tree to build
lang/ghc92.  However, I don't know whether the other changes made since July 1
are necessary for a fully working ghc92; we only need it for darcs.
