installincludes with INTERNALLIB=

Consider the Makefile fragment below.

...
LIB=		krb5profile
INTERNALLIB=

SRCS=	... \
	${GEN}

INCS=	profile.h

GEN=	profile.h ...
CLEANFILES=	... ${GEN}

profile.h:		profile.hin prof_err.h
	...

,include <bsd.lib.mk>
.include <bsd.incs.mk>
...

make installincludes and make include does not install profile.h. It did
install profile.h when the library was not INTERNALLLIB, i.e. a shared
library. But now that INTERNALLIB= has been specified it does not install
profile.h. What am I missing?
