'make check-old' says rm /sbin/ipfs, leftovers?

After a recent 14-STABLE installworld routine, 'make check-old' said
/sbin/ipfs can be removed:

# sudo make check-old
>>> Checking for old files
/sbin/ipfs
/usr/lib/debug/sbin/ipfs.debug
...

but there are still references to it:

$ ls -la /etc/rc.d/ipfs
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root wheel 1060 Sep  7  2023 /etc/rc.d/ipfs

$ grep -A1 ipfs /etc/defaults/rc.conf
ipfs_enable="NO" # Set to YES to enable saving and restoring
				# of state tables at shutdown and boot
ipfs_program="/sbin/ipfs"	# where the ipfs program lives
ipfs_flags="" # additional flags for ipfs
...

Plus the ipfs(8) man page /usr/share/man/man8/ipfs.8.gz .

$ uname -mv
FreeBSD 14.3-STABLE stable/14-n273221-cff07c11c708 GENERIC amd64

I didn't see mention of ipfs in UPDATING. Same situation in 15-STABLE
and 16-CURRENT, though the latter does have a note about ipfs(8) no
longer built by default as of 0ff0c19e7f70 in RELNOTES.

Maybe the binary removal is just a first step before a more thorough
cleanup?

Cheers,
sr.
