How did you try to create the account?
When clicking on "New account", this message is shown:

To create a FreeBSD Bugzilla account, you need to email the maintainer of
this Bugzilla installation at bugmeister@FreeBSD.org, providing a
legitimate email address. You will receive an email at that address to
confirm the creation of your account. *You will not be able to log in until
you receive the email.* If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of
time, please try again.

Unfortunately, it became necessary to disable the previous
auto-account-creation method due to the rise of AI-generated spam.


Can you send such an email to bugmeister@FreeBSD.org?
