Thanks! -- George A few years ago cromium grow from 30k compile files to 50k. And new versions of llvm is more slower than old, llvm 3.xx that was in base - was very fast even on coreduo. Probably you can try build without optimizations, like -O0 to waste less time on compile, but result will consume more CPU. On my 5950x without turbo boost, with fixed freq = 2000 mHz and on 24 cores it takes 6+ hours.
