LTP Testing

Hi,

Currently we have a CI task which involves Linux Test Projects. [1]

Unfortunately the devel/linux-ltp package is currently broken[2] and
does not build which actually eventually fails the CI task. So I
wanted to ask whether if there is actually any interest in that.

If there are enough traction I will try to build a new RPM for
the latest version for the rl9 base and fix the port.
