Hi everyone,

I have reviews open to add support for IT8613.
I'd appreciate if someone could review and/or commit.

Simply adds the device ID for this chip to superio(4).

Is a new driver for this chip to expose temperature and fan readings as 
sysctl values.
If you don't want it in base, it could also go to ports but would still 
require the superio-device-id patch above.

I've been using the driver on my machine since September. Works fine afaict.
