Yes, they're built in QEMU. It's only the amd64 packages that are failing, so I
suspect they're built in QEMU.

While it wouldn't be difficult to test whether setting
GODEBUG=asyncpreemptoff=1 fixes the problem, I'm not sure that this is actually
related to bug #283314.
