[Bug 268444] www/adguardhome: fails to start after go1.18.9 update

The error did come from a previously configured system that had been running
adguardhome for a while.

If I run adguardhome built against go 1.18.9 in a fresh jail with no previous
configuration then it launches successfully. However if I run through the
configuration wizard in a web browser, accepting the default values (with an
arbitrary user and password), then upon stopping adguardhome and trying to
restart it, it fails with the error message above.

So it looks like this only affects instances that have been configured. Is it
possible that this is why you didn't see the failure in your test?
