Remove dependencies unneeded for lite flavor

The update to v48.0 copied some dependencies that are for the full version to
both versions:  gnomedesktop3, introspection:build, libxml2

I presume this was an accident since they are also listed under the non-lite
flavor dependencies.  Attaching a patch that removes them.
