Brilliant! I've switched to nonexistent dsp device in rc.suspend and playback
paused. On resume, I switch back and playback starts again.

Why virual_oss behaves differently on kvm switch out and suspend is a mystery
though. In both cases uaudio and usb hub disappears, however on suspend
virtual_oss doesn't release descriptor to pcm =/
