update to 5.4.2 for x11/cinnamon-desktop

cinnamon-desktop is now available in a release 5.4.2

The attached patch will update the port for the 5.4.2 release. Additional
changes:
- using misc/hwdata as a source for the pnp.ids file

This patch would correspond to a patch to be published shortly, for
x11/cinnamon and other ports from linuxmint in updating to a 5.4 series release
