Due to the use of memfd_create in the upstream
src/backends/meta-screen-cast-stream-src.cp[1] the updated port may not be
usable in FreeBSD releases newer than FreeBSD 13

The libdecor author has developed one workaround to the limitation[2]

HTH to someone, maybe the full patch set could be of any interest to PC BSD,
GhostBSD, et al.
