It was this:

git commit --amend --author='Jose G. Juanino <jjuanino@gmail.com>' archivers/py-borgbackup

I now tried this:

git commit --author='Jose G. Juanino <jjuanino@gmail.com>' archivers/py-borgbackup

and it worked! Thanks!
