got send

I have just updated the devel/got port to 0.56.  In this release,
Got has grown a "send" command to send--in Git speak "push"--commits
to a remote repository.

In principle, it is now possible to use Got to contribute to FreeBSD.
In fact, I used it to commit and send the port update.
