I am closing this bug as obsolete. The inability to view VirtualBox shared
folder contents in Thunderbird's file picker was reported against version
91.13.0 on FreeBSD 13.1. Thunderbird is now at 148.0.1. grahamperrin suggested
this may be a VirtualBox-specific issue rather than a Thunderbird bug, and the
reporter never followed up.
