For the time being, running 14.3-RELEASE-p8, it would seem that I have to run a
SCHED_ULE kernel to compile thunderbird.  Any guesses on whether running
thunderbird also depeneds on kern.sched.topology_spec, or only the config
phase?  It seems implausible that compiling thunderbird should depend on
knowing the CPU topology, but not running it.
