Firefox 143.0,2 displays a blank screen and is unresponsive. This was initially
discovered on my 16-CURRENT laptop. Now that firefox is in quarterly a
14.3-RELEASE-p2 updated using binary updated from quarterly. It too suffers the
same issue.
