Bug 270189 prevents me from testing on my everyday computer. 

Loosely based on experience with VirtualBox on Linux for a customer a few weeks
ago, I suspect that other users (of the port to FreeBSD) will be affected. 

macaal: if you can, please check whether users of Linux report a similar
problem. <https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Community> – forums first will
probably be easiest.
