Firefox does not accept a proxy login, the proxy user/password dialog keeps
appearing forever. proxy.pac is accepted, the dialog shows the correct
AuthName.

This proxy connection works with Firefox under Windows 10.

Proxy server is Apache with mod_proxy. FreeBSD 13.1, Firefox 103.

Proxy.pac: 
function FindProxyForURL(url, host) { return "HTTPS my.host:8081"; }
