Before the system locked up (other than via being able to escape
into ddb), the attempt did get an example of:

memory allocation of 1879048192 bytes failed



that was saved to its log file for the build before the forced
reboot was done (hours after the hangup started).

The few other error logs had other types of errors, such as
mismatched types or fetch failures.
