The change can be trivially merged to stable/13; I've staged it here:

https://github.com/emaste/freebsd/tree/stable/13

There are a lot of ext2fs changes that are not MFCd though. If someone wants to
test the change on stable/13 and confirm that it works I'll push it to the
FreeBSD repo, otherwise this PR can be closed as all supported branches are
fixed.
