Try setting
vfs.zfs.dmu_offset_next_sync=0

This makes SEEK_DATA/SEEK_HOLE run much
faster, but can miss a hole on recently
written data. (For copy_file_range(), that
means it might not maintain the hole and write
bytes of zeros to the copied file.)
