VM_NFREEPOOL and VM_FREEPOOL_LAZYINIT lookd to be the
answer for "why 2 vm pgcache?". They applie to each
domain, with VM_FREEPOOL_LAZYINIT indicating a
free pool to skip. So, in my context: 2 of 3
free pools get a vm pgcache (and so a line).
