To me it is very surprising that the checksum error happens in the same
location every time, AND "zpool status -v" reports no errors.  But that "zdb
-y" failure is very interesting.  I suggest you report that upstream at
https://github.com/openzfs/zfs .  That, IMHO, is the best lead you have.

Also, you might be able to learn something about the faulty block with "zdb
-R".
