Update: I can also produce the same corruption by mixing mmap'd writes and
copy_file_range, using fsx-rs 0.2.0 with a config like this:

flen = 524288
nomsyncafterwrite = true
[opsize]
max = 131072
min = 65536
[weights]
truncate = 0
fsync = 0
fdatasync = 0
punch_hole = 0
write = 0
mapwrite = 10
mapread = 0
read = 10
copy_file_range = 10

I also have a not-yet-committed test case in the fusefs test suite that
demonstrates the problem.
