D42358 is a version of a patch submitted by Peter
Eriksson that adds support for a Berkeley DB version
of an exports(5) file as an alternative to the flat file.

This database form of the exports(5) file would normally
be generated by a patched ZFS and saves processing time
when ZFS exports a large number of file systems.

I have listed a couple of reviewers, but if anyone else
would like to review it, please do so.  In particular, it uses
Berkeley DB, which I am not familiar with.
