(In reply to mike from comment #29)
It should be there, e.g. from man.cgi:
https://man.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=zfs&apropos=0&sektion=4&manpath=FreeBSD+13.2-RELEASE&arch=default&format=html

oh, the sysctl name is not greppable, from `man 4 zfs | vim -R -` on stable/13:

z^Hzf^Hfs^Hs_^H_d^Hdm^Hmu^Hu_^H_o^Hof^Hff^Hfs^Hse^Het^Ht_^H_n^Hne^Hex^Hxt^Ht_^H_s^Hsy^Hyn^Hnc^Hc=1^H1|0
(int)
Enable forcing TXG sync to find holes. When enabled forces ZFS
to sync data when S^HSE^HEE^HEK^HK_^H_H^HHO^HOL^HLE^HE or
S^HSE^HEE^HEK^HK_^H_D^HDA^HAT^HTA^HA flags are used allowing
holes in a file to be accurately reported. When disabled holes
will not be reported in recently dirtied files.
