Reading through the comments for this bug, it appears that it was being caused
by the lack of a memory barrier on the ARM64. The fact that it was not
appearing on any other architectures and that Andrew Turner's addition of a
memory barrier instruction seemed to fix the problem leads me to believe that
this report has been resolved (at least if Andrew committed his change). If
Andrew's change has not been committed, then it seems like it should be.
