Sadly, no.  I looked through my buffers and don’t.  Have a few df’s, but other than a showing a system with it’s few filesystem including the 40T zfs one, it doesn’t help.

I can say that the pool has three raidz vdevs in it, each with three devices.  3 4TB disks, 3 6TB disks, and 3 18TB disks.

Nope, that shows just a clean boot from when I rebooted the system yesterday.

Yeah.  Maybe that should be in the normal daily job if the system is using any ZFS volumes….
