portrevision bump

This is the fourth time I'm calling attention to the fact that eturnal has to
be built against any new erlang version, otherwise it fails to start.

Can we please somehow automate bumping eturnal's portrevision on erlang update?
I see it's done with other ports, shouldn't be a problem with this one as well.
