Please hold off on committing .... the upgraded rabbitmq contains a breaking
change for at least one port (www/onlyoffice-documentserver), due to the new
requirement for Node.js amqplib to be 0.10.7 or higher. I will create a bug on
onlyoffice-document server, and establish the block/depends relationship.
