diff between ports erlang and erlang/otp git repo

Currently the erlang-mode erlang.el file is broken with the current version of
emacs and emacs-devel in ports. The issue pertains to xref. Here is the closed
pull request:

https://github.com/erlang/otp/pull/5323

I replaced the contents of
/usr/local/lib/erlang/lib/tools-3.5.1/emacs/erlang.el with the committed
changes and it fixed erlang-mode in emacs. Can we get the fixed erlang.el file
added to the port?
