CUDA via Linuxulator delivered

Hey people.

FreeBSD Ports now have the science/linux-ai-ml-env port that packs
CUDA-enabled PyTorch environment and allows running Stable Diffusion
and PyTorch examples in just 3 commands. This package can be used as a
playground for more CUDA projects. Try it out and get in touch if you
need something more added to it.
