I'm guessing you set CC=/usr/local/bin/gcc13 somewhere because this is a
FreeBSD compiler and this port needs a Linux compiler (gcc under
/compat/linux).  I've committed a fix so the environment no longer affects the
build process, so please try again and let us know if it works now.
