linux-chrome sync bugs

After trying to quickly copy and paste my  username and password
several times to log in to my Google account and get Google Sync to
work, I'm finding that the passwords are imported into the browser,
but the bookmarks aren't there. Can anyone review how the Linux Chrome
browser works? Thank you so much.
