Patch removing reference to this README file.

When installing beats8 the post install shows :

Message from beats8-8.6.2:

The modules.d and monitors.d files are now installed into
/usr/local/share/examples/beats

See README file in /usr/local/etc/beats for respective beat information.

See UPDATING file in ports top level directory for list of breaking changes.

But `/usr/local/etc/beats` doesn't contain any README file.
