Already documented in ether_gen_addr(9)
I can do one better.
I am writing the man-pages for jib(8) and jng(8) while moving them out of
share/examples/jails and into usr.sbin
I can mention in those man-pages that when the ! prefix is given on interface
names to disable the built-in multi-node cluster algorithm that the
ether_gen_addr(9) foundation OUI stays on-wire instead of moving to hwaddr.
