The 'Localization' chapter of the Handbook only covers syscons(4) and not its
replacement vt(4).

In particular, console setup is described at:

Note syscons(4) has been deprecated since Nov 2024:

This means there is no mention of e.g. /usr/share/vt/keymaps anywhere in the
Handbook.
