How can I get started to translate to Turkish?

I want to translate both the FreeBSD Project website and Docs. But I don't
know how to start it. According to here,

 "Write an email to the Documentation Project mailing list, announcing that
you are going to translate the documentation, so the Documentation Project
translations page can be maintained." so I'm here. I saw the weblate page
<https://translate-dev.freebsd.org/>. But I have insufficient privileges to
translate. There are no Turkish Translators as far as I can see. Can
someone help me?
