Parts of the original introduction, which mentioned Kirk McKusick and
<http://www.mckusick.com/courses/>, could have been kept. 

Introducing the chapter as a chapter was particularly useful. 

Also, from

<https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/design-44bsd/#fig-small-fs> uses the same
phrase, but "2.2" no longer exists as the heading to the figure; et cetera.
