Describing them as "subdirectories" is somewhat obscure. 

You have Advisories and Errata Notices in the sidebar. The new site might not
have a sidebar at this page. 

At <https://www.freebsd.org/security/#recent> the two folders are linked under
this heading, which is for security vulnerabilities (not where I'd expect to
find things that are /not/ security vulnerabilities:
