NOTE: To stop the Quad9 DoH configuration from being clobbered by resolvconf
in future, I copied it to forward-dnscrypt.conf and pointed unbound.conf
at it, commenting out the inclusion of forward.conf.
In future, I will just use regular recursive DNS for test nodes, as the
DoH privacy setup is only really needed for workstations.
