Hi,

The given command is not wrong but currently it may not work for cinnamon users
due to the cinnamon package in quarterly is not yet available but only on
latest. Packages can go missing in a package repository for a variety of
reasons.

I looked at portsfallout.com to see if it's build is failing, but no. I am not
sure what's the reason it isn't available.
