In my opinion, rcorder(8) is not the appropriate place to document what rc(8)
does with rcorder(8)'s keywords, and rc(8) already says:

"should contain rcorder(8) keywords, especially an appropriate "PROVIDE" entry"

If that line is actually broken, we should fix that line instead of bolting on
more bloat. When the manual is too bloated, people don't read it. I do not
think this is broken. It could be improved, but that is not a bug, that is just
the fundamental state of documentation.

Afaict, in 17 years, 3 people have been bothered by this.

I would be honored to review attempts at improving rc(8), but I am closing this
as not a bug.
