Patch for kill.1 manual page.
According to the kill(2) manual page, there are three types of PID that have
special meaning: 0, -1 and -<PGID>.
However, only 0 PID is actually mentioned in the kill(1) manual.
A patch that adds descriptions for rest special PIDs is attached.
