Hi!

This header says exactly what next paragraphs explain.
FreeBSD repository used Subversion before 2020. If you need to see in git some
commit from Subversion, f.e. r347490, you shoud type:
git log --grep revision=347490
and you will see it in git. Text with revision number is saved in the notes. It
is why in the beggining of these paragraphs said about a clone with notes.

It helpful, becasue all documents before 2020 refer to revision number.

I suppose you have to cancel your patch or clarify you requst, if I am wrong.
