[Bug 264197] zpoolprops(7) incorrectly states that "bootfs" can be set on creation/import time

The current version of the man page states this (it got updated since this PR
was filed):

Identifies the default bootable dataset for the root pool.  This
property is expected to be set mainly by the installation and
upgrade programs.  Not all Linux distribution boot processes use
the bootfs property.

I'm closing this bug as overcome by events. Thanks for filing it, though.
