Instead of removing the email address, I suggest replacing it with "InMemoriam"
or something similar.  So "Hans Petter Selasky <hps@selasky.org>"  would become
"Hans Petter Selasky <hps-InMemoriam>" in the example below.  The informs the
reader rather than having them wonder why the email is missing.
